Terms & Conditions
These terms cover your use of thevisualslab.com and set out the general basis on which The Visuals Lab provides video editing and production services. The specific scope, price and timeline of any project are agreed with you in writing before work begins, and that agreement takes priority over these general terms.
Using this website
The content on this site, including portfolio videos shown with our clients' permission, is for viewing only. Please don't copy, download or reuse it without written permission.
Projects and scope
- Each project or monthly plan is confirmed in writing (by email or message) with its deliverables, volume, timeline and price.
- Delivery dates are agreed per project. They depend on receiving footage, assets and feedback on time.
- Revisions are included as agreed for your plan. Changes outside the agreed brief may be quoted separately.
Trial edit
We offer a paid trial edit for $60 USD. If you sign up for a monthly plan after the trial, the $60 is credited against your subscription.
Payment
Payment terms, methods and due dates are set out in your agreement or invoice. Payment links are sent privately once the scope has been agreed. Work may pause if an invoice is overdue.
Ownership and confidentiality
- Once paid in full, you own the final delivered videos. You are responsible for having the rights to the footage, music and other materials you send us.
- We treat your footage, brand assets and client information as confidential. For agency partners we work white-label and do not contact your clients.
- We only show work in our portfolio with permission.
Liability
We do our best to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.
